Regenerative Medicine

At Thrive Pain Management, we are always striving to be on the cutting edge of medical science to provide the best pain relief and healing solutions for our patients. We are excited to be on the forefront of regenerative medicine, a non-surgical and minimally-invasive procedure that has the ability to help patients put a stop to pain without requiring the stress and time required for undergoing surgery. All our procedures are outpatient and do not require a stay at a hospital or going to a surgery center.

Thrive Pain Management provides three types of regenerative medicine treatments: PRP, stem cells, and exosomes.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

With PRP, we extract a small dose of blood and spin it through a centrifuge, which concentrates the amount of regenerative growth factors present in your blood. We can then inject it into the target area of your body to stimulate healing and recovery. It is used for tendiniatis, osteoarthritis, and other joint and musculoskeletal conditions.

Stem Cells

At Thrive Pain, we extract stem cells that you already have from your bone marrow. We take a small amount from your body and then process it in the clinic to get the most out of the stem cells. Using our state-of-the-art fluoroscopy unit, we are able to pinpoint the precise location in your body where the stem cells should be deployed.

Similar to PRP, Exosomes stimulates healing and regeneration of tissue. However, it is not living material like stem cells are. Exosomes are vesicles, or ‘containers’ that transport naturally-occurring DNA, RNA, and proteins in your body. They have been found to have healing and regenerative effects. This is an exciting breakthrough in medicine and we are proud to be able to share it with our patients.
